We are a group of women from the Churches of Christ who are practicing professional ministry.
Some of us are employed as ministers and some of us are volunteers.
Some of us minister in local congregations, while others minister in other arenas — hospitals, universities, para-church organizations, etc.
Some of us are graduate ministry students; others are professors of Bible, theology, religion and ministry in our colleges and universities.
Some of us are church planters here in North America, and others are missionaries working in many places around the world.
There are many other women who are invited to participate in our conferences and meetings.

- women who are leaders in their congregations: ministry leaders, elders, deacons, worship leaders, small group leaders, and others
- women who are considering professional ministry — both undergraduate students as well as second career women
